It's been awhile since I posted anything. Just laziness because it wasn't for lack of material the liberals supply on a daily basis.
I guess we can still state our personal opionions legally although I have a feeling time is running out on that one.
Here's some comments on a number of issues that have taken place over the past few weeks:
Ann Coulter and her use of the word "faggot" to describe John Edwards: You go girl. I'm not sure why anyone would be offended at being called a faggot -- after all, isn't it an acceptable lifestyle one would be proud to claim? Doesn't John Edwards embrace this life style? Why would he or even the gay community be offended? I'd think they would be flattered. They seem to be offended as if being gay is like having a disease or something to not be proud of.
Speaking of terms the gay's have hijacked over the years and turned something that was once beautiful into something that is nasty and disgusting, look at the word "gay" itself. It used to mean happy and joyful. Then there's the rainbow - God's sign that the world would never be flooded again -- the gay's have taken that and made it their symbol. How about the word "faggot". It used to mean a piece of wood one would throw on the fire and then a slang for a cigarette. Now it verboten to even use the word -- unless you're a faggot. Even the Qur'an uses the word in Qur’an 2:10 “As for those who deny Islam...they shall be the faggots for the Fire of Hell.” Let's not forget the word "queer" which used to mean something odd or different. The queers have decided it's a derogatory term against them - or at least last month it was derogatory.
General Peter Pace's personal conviction that homosexuality is immoral: Well, isn't it? What's the uproar all about. Adultery is immoral too. In fact, all fornication is. When did we get to the point where a person cannot speak a truth without being condemned for it, unless it's an anti-Christian statement which is open game these days? I will lose a lot of respect for General Pace if he apologizes for speaking the truth. I'm hoping he is a man of his convictions.
One thing his comment did for me was flush out that Senator John Warner's moral barometer is broken and exposed his world view. Virginia now has a lying Democrate and a RINO to get rid of in the next elections.
And, Congresswoman Pelosi's ignorance came to the forefront yet another time. She publicly rebuked General Pace and told the world that the military needs to change their "don't ask don't tell" policy on homosexuals. The dummy should realize it was congress who passed the law and it is congress that needs to change it. In my opinion, they should change the policy from "don't ask to don't tell" to total banishment of homosexuals from the military.
The democrat's feeble attempts at playing "Commander In Chief" and attempting to throw obstacles in the path of the President without appearing to not support the troops:
If the Democrat's had any backbone, they would just vote to de-fund the war. To do that though, they would appear to not support the troops. So what do they do? They start poking their sticks into the wheels of the President's bicycle in an attempt to make him fall. Guess what Democrats, I have news for you. The troops already know you don't support them. Your actions speak louder than words.
Alberto Gonzalez's firing of the democratically appointed federal prosecutors: Political posturing at its best! Schumer never misses a chance to pontificate does he? It's amazing the MSM never mentioned the fact that President Clinton had his Attorney General Janet Reno fire 93 republican appointed federal prosecutors all at one time. What hypocrisy! Hillary Clinton would be wise to keep her mouth shut on this one...
After the recent snafu with Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald and the Scotter Libby non-issue, I'd fire every democratic appointee that is still hanging on.
Global Warming Blamed for Cockroach migration: It's true. The global warming hype has brought a massive migration of liberal democratic cockroaches out of the dark...
