Taking Christmas out of Christmas!

It seems many retailers are trying to be politically correct every Christmas season and take the word Christmas out of their advertising. They want to call it "holiday" shopping or "holiday" specials.

 

I'd like to know what holiday, other than Christmas, exchanges gifts, has trees and Santa Claus as its symbol, the sending of cards, or has been celebrated in this country for a very long time? What holiday do they derive most of their sales from? Hanukah? Kwanza? Eid? I don't think so.

 

My suggestion is to shop at only those stores that recognize Christmas for what it is. I say let those stores that refuse to mention the word Christmas depend solely on those celebrating Hanukah, Kwanza, and Eid for their holiday sales.

 

I have a feeling they would go out of business or change their ways rather quickly. They need to see what it means to be politically correct once or twice and find out who butters their bread!

Obama! Where’s the beef? What’s in the suit?

Exactly what is Obama's "experience"? It's time to bring back the old fast food slogan, "Where's the beef?" What makes him more qualified than Sarah Palin? He has very little in his resume that would make him "qualified" to be President of the United States let alone the CEO of a major corporation and yet no one questions it. By the same token, where's Hilary's experience? Lawyer? First Lady? Junior Senator? She has very little to bring to the table either.

The mainstream media – what a joke? I don't trust a thing they say or write. I believe they've passed the point of no return in re-establishing their credibility. This election has cost them. Journalistic integrity they have none. If they even had a shred of it, they would be asking the hard questions they didn't ask before the election.

This man Obama, who is he? Because of the way he refuses to produce even a simple, certified copy of a genuine birth certificate and fights tooth and nail against anyone who demands that he prove he is constitutionally legal to be President raises many suspicions. All the internet buzz and court cases could have been and still could be avoided if he complied with the requests. Anyone else has to provide their birth certificate for any number of reasons. Why not Obama? It could be he can't prove he is a natural born citizen.
